Mike Florio on Peyton Manning’s potential suitors
Profootballtalk.com’s Mike Florio joined the show to talk about the big stories around the NFL. Here are some of his takes:
— Dan asked Florio two teams that could potentially win a Super Bowl with Peyton Manning immediately: Houston and Baltimore.
— Florio said the Colts are pointing out they haven’t seen Peyton throw to justify cutting him on March 8. Florio doesn’t think Peyton wants to be in Indy because he can’t win a Super Bowl.
— Florio agrees with Chris in Syracuse that the Rams should hurry to try to trade Peyton, because they’ll have less value as teams fill their QB holes.
“I think the Browns have the inside track if they want to pull it off,” Florio said.
