Clark Kellogg talks about how hard it would be to call son’s game
CBS’ Clark Kellogg joined the show to offer his thoughts on the NCAA Tournament.
Kellogg’s son Nick is playing for Ohio tonight in a game opposite of the one he’s calling.
“For me as a dad, it would be difficult,” Kellogg said. “I could be objective, but I’ve never been in that position. I’m not exactly sure how it would go, but I’d try to be objective.”
Kellogg is glad he’s not calling the Ohio game. “I think I could, but I would not want to,” Kellogg said. Kellogg said he’d root for Ohio over Ohio State. “Blood over water,” Kellogg said.
Dan asked Kellogg what is happening with West Coast basketball. “It just hit a bad spot … turbulent air,” Kellogg said. But Kellogg said that they will get better and more kids will come out there. He says it’s just an “aberration.”
