Michael Irvin weighs in on Bill Parcells and Jets’ QB situation
NFL Network analyst Michael Irvin joined the show to talk about the big stories around the league.
Irvin said that he thinks Bill Parcells still has an itch to coach in the NFL. But he’s not sure how Parcells’ style will work in New Orleans. He said Parcells ruled with an iron fist, whereas Sean Payton connected with players.
Irvin weighed in on the Jets as well. He said that now that the Jets traded for Tim Tebow, Mark Sanchez is now like every other player on the field — he has to constantly worry about his job. But he thinks it will ultimately work out for the Jets.
