Dan calls in from London as he’s set to host Olympics
Dan called in to guest host Glenn Ordway from London to talk about what’s coming the next couple of weeks. Dan said he’s very busy.
“Al Michaels and I are splitting 13 hours on Saturday and 11 hours on Sunday,” Dan said.
Dan said that he’s becoming an expert in women’s field hockey and Judo, as well as staples like basketball.
Glenn asked how much preparation he’s done for some event knocking everything off course. Dan said that he realized he may have to adjust live.
Dan said the venue that has blown him away is beach volleyball: “They’ve created this arena with beach volleyball, you look out and you see Big Ben, the London Eye and you have beach volleyball.”
Dan said that London has done a great job and it’s going to show well on television.
