Mike Florio says Saints will make sure Payton comes back
Profootballtalk.com and NBC analyst Mike Florio joined the show to talk about the report Sean Payton is a coaching free agent after the season and more.
Florio said the Saints consider getting Payton back next year a high priority and the Cowboys aren’t getting Payton. “The Saints are adamant Sean Payton is going to be their coach next year,” Florio said.
Florio weighed in on Mike Shanahan’s comments he’s evaluating players for next sesaon. Florio said that Shanahan is trying to manage expectations for owner Daniel Snyder.
Florio had interesting comments on Andy Reid supporting Michael Vick. He said that Reid endorsed Vick just to help the Eagles QB relax.
