SI’s Michael McCann breaks down case against Aaron Hernandez
Sports Illustrated legal analyst Michael McCann (@McCannSportsLaw) joined the show to break down the Aaron Hernandez case. McCann lays out the case against Hernandez and says the prosecution has to have a very strong case. They probably have to have a strong motive and explain why Hernandez would do it so close to home. McCann also speculate he’s likely to get a trial next Spring. McCann said that according to the speedy trial law, they have 12 months to try him.
