David Feherty says Phil’s win one of greatest final rounds ever
CBS and Golf Channel analyst David Feherty joined the show to talk about Phil Mickelson’s victory at British Open.
“I think it ranks right there with some of the great final rounds of all time,” Feherty said. He thinks Muirfield was “right on the hair edge on unplayable.”
Feherty still tinks Tiger Woods will win a Major. He noted Tiger’s comeback has been very gradual and that’s a good sign.
Feherty talked about both Tiger and Phil’s future and said that they will have many more opportunities to win Majors. “It wouldn’t surprise me to see both of these guys play until their past 50,” Feherty said.
