Manish Mehta says Rex Ryan needs to finish at least 8-8 to keep job
New York Daily News’ Manish Mehta joined the show to talk about the Jets QB fiasco and N.J. Governor Chris Christie calling him out.
Mehta explained that Rex Ryan is in a tough position because they brought in a new general manager. “It’s a marriage that typically doesn’t work,” Mehta said. “When you don’t have the talent at the offensive skill positions it compounds the problem.”
Mehta said that Ryan doesn’t have much of a chance to keep his job unless the Jets are at least 8-8.
Mehta wouldn’t say anything bad about Chris Christie despite the governor said that no one should listen to him and he’s just an “underpaid” reporter.
