NFL’s Dean Blandino sticks by reversal of Bryant catch

NFL officiating czar Dean Blandino joined the show to talk about the reversal of Dez Bryant’s catch in the Packers game.

Blandino sticks by the call. “The rule basically states that you have have to hold on to it throughout that entire process,” Blandino said.

Blandino explained that for what Bryant did to considered a football act “an obvious overt act.”

He also commented on Seattle’s Kam Chancellor hurdling the line on Saturday night. He said it was legal but “it is something we’ll look at” in the offseason.

Blandino said that they will look at reviewing pass interference and other calls this offseason. He said there is a sentiment in favor of that in the League.
