Canada’s Hockey Loyalty Isn’t That Simple
Steve Levy covered all things hockey today. Levy admitted he still roots for Buffalo because of the passion of the city while also explaining how Canada’s hockey loyalties are far more divided than outsiders realize. He spoke glowingly about Carolina, calling them the East’s best team despite lacking a true superstar, and questioned Colorado’s reliability in net. As for the face of the sport, Levy believes Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin still carry the league today, but the Sharks Macklin Celebrini could soon become the NHL’s next marquee star.
