Los Angeles Rams coach Jeff Fisher said that a report the NFL encouraged the Rams to take Michael Sam and agreed to not make them do Hard Knocks in 2014 is not true. “It’s unfortunate,” Fisher said. “We drafted him because he was the best player on our board.”
