Bickley explains why Suns won’t trade Nash
Arizona Repbulic columnist and Phoenix radio host Dan Bickley joined the show to talk about Steve Nash rumors and the draft.
Bickley said that he doesn’t think they’ll trade Nash because of the fallout with the fans. “They’re scared to death to trade [Nash],” Bickley said. “If they had more credibility locally, they might be more tempted.”
Bickley said it’s probably good they’re not trying to rebuild and keep their older players simultaneously. “We’ve seen other teams get stuck in no-man’s land,” Bickley said.
Bickley pointed out that the Suns have not had a lot of success of building an organization. He doesn’t think they’ll draft Jimmer Fredette.
