Bubba Watson won’t change after Masters win

Masters champion Bubba Watson joined the show to talk about his victory and what’s next.

Watson explained that his miraculous shot out of the pinestraw in sudden death was the kind of shot he thrives on. “As a kid, growing up in Pensacola, Fla., we had some big pine trees where I had to hit shots like that,” Watson said.

Watson also explained that he spends a lot of time shooting shots out of tough spots. “I’m used to hitting it in the rough,” Watson said. “I don’t always hit it in the fairway.”

Dan asked Watson if there’s any chance he’ll change his game. “This is who I am,” Watson said. “I don’t know any other way. I can hit straight shots when I need to.”

Watson said that he will keep a close circle around him: “I have my trainer. I have my caddy. I have my wife. And now I added one more … I have a son.”
