Clay Matthews weighs in on Jay Cutler, critics of Green Bay’s defense

Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews joined the show to talk about their win over the Bears.

Dan asked Matthews if Chicago QB Jay Cutler said anything to him last night. “We keep it cordial out there on the field,” Matthews said. “Unfortunately, he didn’t have enough time in the pocket or make some plays to throw some taunts.”

Dan asked Matthews if they’ll have fun watching the tape today. Matthews said that it’s always fun to look back at a win.

Matthews addressed critics who questioned their defense after the loss to the Niners. “I thought we did some good things in Week 1,” Matthews said.

Dan asked Matthews why he doesn’t go CMIII, like RGIII. Matthews said he’s proud of the name Matthews on the back of his jersey.
