Tim McCarver previews World Series
FOX’s Tim McCarver joined the show to talk about the upcoming World Series and more.
McCarver weighed in on the value of Justin Verlander. He said his ability to go deep into a game is a huge value for the Tigers. “Verlander becomes his own bullpen,” McCarver said. “Six complete games this year … in this day and age that’s unbelievable.”
McCarver weighed in on the AL MVP race. He said the triple crown is just the clincher for Miguel Cabrera. McCarver said that’s just too much to overcome for the Angels’ Mike Trout.
